Director
Master in Economics Dipl. Ing. Todorka Lepkova graduated from the Technical University in Sofia, specializing in lifting machines and systems. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Faculty of Business Administration and Foreign Trade.
Since 1994 he has been head of the Institute of Ceramic and Road Engineering in the town of Debelets, Veliko Tarnovo, and since 2006 he has been the manager of "Inovationtech" Ltd., where the latest products are applied in the process of modernization and optimization of the machines.
He is the founder of the CPE Terra, investing in the latest and most successful training models in the different directions in the preparation and realization of young people and future specialists.
Eng. Ivanka Martinova
Corporate and International Business Manager
Ivanka Martinova graduated from the Technical University in Sofia, specialty "Industrial Management" in 2012, until 2014 she is trained in New Bulgarian University, specialty "International Relations". In Innovationtech Ltd. she is responsible for Corporate Clients and in CPE Terra leads the international activities and trainings of foreign students.
Gergana Martinova
Public relations, marketing and advertising
Gergana Martinova graduated in Public Relations in 2016 at the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University in Veliko Tarnovo. She continued her studies at the Higher School of Insurance and Finance - Sofia, with a Master's degree in Advertising, Business Design and Brand Management.
